Suburban Property Inspections was founded in 1988 by Richard C. Stump II, and over the years has inspected tens of thousands of homes in Southeastern Pennsylvania. We are a full-service inspection company, offering home, septic, wood infestation inspections as well as water and radon testing, and more! One call does it all.

As a family owned and operated company, our goal is to provide honest, reliable, affordable inspection services to home buyers and sellers in eastern PA. Since we are an inspection company only, we do not perform remediation of any kind, thereby avoiding any conflict of interest.
