Detailed inspection and description of Kitchen & Bath areas (including appliances and cabinets)

Life expectancies for major appliances

Detailed inspection of Living areas (walls, ceilings, floors, and operation of ALL accessible doors)

Detailed inspection of Attic area (including access panels and ventilation)
